Class B Steam Autoclave
A Class B autoclave developed for reliable sterilization of dental, medical and laboratory instruments using high-temperature pressurized steam.
Technical Details
The Class B Steam Autoclave is designed to sterilize surgical instruments, handpieces and other compatible equipment used in dental clinics, healthcare facilities and laboratories. High-temperature pressurized steam helps inactivate bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. During the cycle, air is first removed from the chamber by vacuum. Pressurized steam is then introduced at the selected temperature; after sterilization, steam is discharged and the drying stage begins. Class B vacuum technology provides effective processing for different loads, including wrapped and hollow instruments. Depending on the application, the unit can operate with 121°C or 134°C programs. The 121°C program generally provides 15–20 minutes of sterilization, while the 134°C program provides approximately 3–5 minutes. Total cycle time varies according to the load, packaging, pre-vacuum and drying conditions. For safe use, instruments should be pre-cleaned, placed in suitable sterilization pouches and loaded without overfilling the chamber. Regular maintenance, filter and water-level checks, and adequate drying help maintain sterilization performance.
