Industrial Type EO Suture Sterilizer ETO-C 1445 is a powerful solution partner for suture and medical equipment manufacturers. Most products sensitive to heat and humidity can be safely sterilized with ethylene oxide gas. With different m³ options, ETO-C 1445 is designed to become a fundamental building block of your production line. Once the ETO-C 1445 suture sterilization process is completed, sterile packaged products can be used without additional aeration because no EO gas residue remains on the products. The average sterilization time is 6–8 hours, excluding drying, although it may be shorter or longer depending on the material. As part of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), specialist software and technical teams configure the device to the most appropriate sterilization level by considering both cycle costs and process accuracy.
